Hi Guys! I've recently started working on my retouching and want to concentrate my time towards getting to a stage where I could possibly be doing High End paid work in about two years from now. I don't know if that is realistic but here is where I'm starting. I'd love to know what I could do better. I am aware that hair is a weak point for me atm and I often just don't know where to start. So if anyone knows of any good tutorials or techniques I could look into, please let me know. Any other general CC very welcome too.

Hi Leigh, I find that you are losing a bit of skin detail in the brighter areas of the first photograph and therefore it looks too soft. The second is a bomb, really good work, especially how you made the lips a lot more voluminous and punchy. The bright areas below the eyes are almost lacking a bit of texture but nevertheless solid work. For comparison it would be better to align before and after pics horizontally. Keep up the good work!
