I was up early for my normal day job (supply/substitute primary school teacher), but the work was cancelled, and I thought - why not go down to the beach? Low tide coincided with early morning sun, and the weather was *very* windy, which meant waves. However, it also meant I couldn't use any sort of modifier on the flash or it would have blown away...
Pentax K3, Sigma 50-150 2.8 (I love this lens) and a trusty old Yongnuo 560II on a stand. I fired the shutter via an app on the phone in my hand.
