Here is an homage to my favorite Italian painter, Caravaggio. This is my self portrait interpretation and homage to Cavaggio's beautiful and haunting oil painting, "Mary in Ecstasy. Since my name is Mary, I thought it would be a perfect way to make a beautiful painting something of my very own.
Recently, I taught an Off Camera Flash class. Paige was my model for the class. We were outdoors but it started to rain. Luckily, a nearby restaurant let us conduct the class in their dining room.
