I understand this was just a test shot, but, you could have used this as an opportunity to take a proper portrait shot. One without her holding the jacket, the colored pots at the bottom right, and bright leaves on the left. And, have her look directly at you.
You are absolutely right. I got lost in the moment and my mind was in wedding mode. I should have taken the extra minute to fine tune. Thank you for taking time to write a critique.
