My portfolio is showcased by the cultural aspects of my Caribbean culture. I like bright colors, but I also like dramatic lighting. I got a great model for this shoot. Women of color in the Caribbean and in Louisiana in the past were required to wrap their hair. Some of the hearties with points had hidden meanings. Instead of using traditional fabric, I used a local plant to get creative. Hope you like it!
