Some feed back would be great - like any I got pretty think skin! is it any good??

I think so! Maybe crop it tighter, though? And a little fill light would have helped too I think.
Is it any good? Yeah, it's any good! BUT,...if you're going to overexpose parts of the surrounding environment I'd go ahead and overexpose enough to make sure the skin on your subject's face is exposed light enough,...that said, really cool image!
I like it, for me is a little bit saturated and is a good beginning, well 7 months ago.
