I'm no expert however if you'd entertain my two cents...The model, her make-up, hair piece and outfit are a compliment and great contrast to the location. The location you chose is itself is beautiful, and the fact that you were able to capture the bird in flight was nice touch. What I feel this image needs is some more emotion or intimacy. I realize you wanted to get as much of the beauty of the location into the shot however the white outfit she's wearing lost in the white reflection of clouds on the water and I find myself wanting you to have shot this a touch lower, little to the left, and slightly closer to the model. I hope this helps and is what you were seeking.
