Great image. I love the whole look, but I can't help thinking she is a more powerful woman than how she is posed. Nothing wrong with that, but her wet, combed back hair, black top and great facial features make me think of Helmut Newton girls, or even the supermodels of the 90s.
Of course, this is just me being influenced by my own references.
The colour tones remind me of old Kodachrome. Cool!
Lighting and composition are both good. The pose throws me off a bit though. It makes the neck look thicker, more muscular than I would expect from a model her size. The submerges hand also pulls my attention away a bit.
