I'm not sure you've posted in the right group. You sound more like you need product photography than fashion. And you need to be much more specific: how big an area do you need to fill the frame?

You probably don't want a dslr - a mirrorless will have more accurate focus.

I want to shot Rings, Bracelets and few Necklaces. So area will not be big enough

The area won't be big enough for what..?

Regardless, go to product photography. But I'd suggest a used XE2 with a Fuji 60mm macro lens and a set up like this

I shoot a lot of jewellery and we do shoots with models and jewellery. For my commercial customers it's all shot with a Phase One XF 100MP Camera System, with a 120mm LS f/4.0 Macro. Some of the modelling shots done with a Canon 5DS with various lenses but my favourite is the Sigma 85mm ART. I realise these are out of your price range, but if you are serious about jewellery photography this is where you need to go.
