Hello, I am new to this blog and group, My aim is to learn and improve my work level.
I am sharing some images I took few days ago for Pakistani ethnic wear. Please let me know if I could do it more better or any tips!
Thank you so much for your best tips!! Yes its cery tricky to shoot black against white! I will follow the tips in the link you reffered! Thanks once again! It helps alot!!
Oh - your other option, but only good when you shoot, would be too flag eg the white foreground in shot 2 - to put something opaque between the light and the white thing.
They all work for me except #1. I can't put my finger on it precisely. Maybe the portion of background at camera left that's incomplete. By moving the camera more to the right you get her whole right hand.
Shooting black clothes with white in the picture too is very tricky. Maybe try this with your raws

???
I like the compositions - the implied diagonal created by the camera right arm and camera left hand balances the diagonals in the skirt very cleverly.

..And you still flag even when shooting with a raw speedlight. Google "black foamie thing, flash".
