So I did an experiment on different lighting effects and here are the outputs! Still more to learn, solidify and master all the lighting techniques.
Shot with Canon 80D and 70-200 f4L
1st Photo (Orange Background)
3 lighting setup.
Main light on right camera : Attached with an octagon soft box.
bounce light on left camera : White reflector, bounce from main light.
Top light : pointed towards models top hair for separation of background.
Backlight : Attached with gobo infront of the strobe light.
2nd Photo (Gradient red background)
4 lighting setup.
Main light on right camera : Attached with gobo infant of the strobe light.
Fill light on left camera : Attached with red colour gel to give effect of the background.
Top light : pointed towards models top hair for separation of background.
Backlight : To fill a gradient top down for background.

Lighting looks great. On the first photo her hand and arm dominate the photo because they are closer to the camera and lights so they look much larger than they should and are brighter than the rest of the photo drawing your eye to them taking away from the rest of her.
So many things to consider in the heat of the moment. I definitely have to watch these things too.
So, the background light comes from the top? So the bottom part remains in shadow and get filled by the red fill light?
I think the second picture looks totally amazing.
