Kodak Vision3 35mm motion picture film

I finally got around to developing a roll of Kodak Vision3 50D film. It was shot at the "box speed" of ISO 50, using a Canon EOS Elan 7N body and an EF 85mm f/1.8 USM lens. Softbox to my left, reflector to my right, and two Yongnuo YN-560 flashes in the back.

The film was home developed in a Unicolor C41 kit from the Film Photography Project, soaking the film in a bucket of warm water and a bit of baking soda after fixing (blix) to remove the black protective remjet. I then continued with the wash, stabilizer and hung the film to dry. Scanned with an Epson Perfection V600 scanner.

I'm curious is this the same film that Cinestill uses?

It is, but CineStill removes the remjet beforehand. The thing to remember is that the remjet that protects the film as it runs through the projector is also an anti-halation layer, so pictures using CineStill film have a bit of a glow.
