What is the recommended file size (photo dimensions) for adding photos to Fstoppers

I have had my Fstoppers account for a little while but have done nothing with it - except to view some exceptional photos from the members.

I cannot find where the photo dimension limits or recommendations are located to ensure I do not exceed the parameters of the website. I notice that you cannot load more than 10 photos but I also want my photos to be seen in their best resolution and need so some help if anyone can give me some guidance.
