Going back to basic.... Pro's please share your thoughts

Hello, firstly I am fairly new here and this is my first time posting, if you would kindly take a quick look at my photos and rate them that would be amazing :)

Recently with the growth of my business and constant goal of improving my skills further I have a few questions which I would love to know your views on. As part of my business I am constantly striving to give my customers the best service and quality of product possible. Recently I have found myself looking at my print quality and asking could I make this any better.... So to cut a long story short could you share your views on the follow questions in reference to post production and printing.....

CYMK - does it make a massive difference when using a pro lab to print

What is your view on sizing each image in phtoshop / lightroom to the exact size of print a customer has ordered? Does it effect quailty if they are just sent at full size to Pro Lab

Best file to send to a printed JPEG or TIFF?? I have always sent full sized 300dpi JPEG's but I am wondering if I am sacrificing quality by doing this?

I know these may sound like fairly amateur questions but I feel that it doesn't matter how good you are, some times improvement can be made with basic things that have been overlooked, plus I am constantly on the search for self improvement and would appreciate constructive answers.

Thank you in advance :)
