These are a highly endangered species, and the rescue center has this young male tiger, which they hope will breed with their already existing female Malayan tiger.

BLACK LEOPARD
A new arrival at the rescue center. She was very friendly and very flirty, rolling about on her back and meowing, then staring at you as if she might be hungry. A magnificently beautiful animal

My first thought was about the pose...TBH, I think it looks awkward. However, I like how you've balanced the flash powers. I might even raise the main light by about 0.7. The kick from camera left seems to be just right. I just wish she were in a more flattering pose to catch all that nice light.
It also looks like you may have missed focus just a bit. The eyes look soft. From what I can see, it looks focused on her lips rather than her nearest eye. I always use a single focus point in my viewfinder, put it directly on the nearest eyeball, focus, then recompose. That generally gives me nice sharp focus on the eye(s).
