Low key lighting is very nice, lingerie color matched the overall mood of the picture. Since you mentioned the handmade outfit, would be nice to bring the exposure up just a slightly bit so more details can be shown on the handmade lingerie.
nice shot , I really like the background paper, pearls are a nice touch, I reckon move the model further away from the pattern to defocus it and then light the blacks more so we can see more clothes texture, maybe needs a dedicated hair light also. Maybe less dead space above the head and her elbow's a bit clipped out,
