I would ask her to remove the eyeglasses. Usually, glasses either magnify or reduce the size of the wearer's eyes; in her case, they are making her eyes a tiny bit smaller. It's subtle, but it makes a difference. You want her eyes to look big and bright, and even a small change can influence the way she is seen by your audience.
This pose is not flattering her at all. Her right thigh is throwing a shadow across her lower abdomen and it makes her belly look huge. Simply rotating her knees a bit or changing the direction of the light would help this.
I won't comment on the skin tones as you've already acknowledged this issue.
Overall, it's a little contrasty for me. If this were black and white, I wouldn't have a problem with it, but when shooting color portraits, you have to be careful to accurately represent a person's appearance. Unless you're going for a surreal-type feeling, then all bets are off.
I'm not the best glamour photographer, so I'm looking forward to seeing what others will say about this photo.
