Well, for me it's a bit flat : the lightning don't draw enough attention on the model vs. the background and the lamp/background should have been blurred a bit more. So it's very clean, but it lacks a bit of drama. You should play more with color contrasts and with the light repartition.
I agree with Pierre about the lighting. I'm guessing your light modifier is some sort of umbrella or just a bounced flash off the wall on the right. Was it a shoot through umbrella or was the flash bounced into the umbrella? It may help to know what you used in terms of focal length of lens as well. Don't be afraid of having shadows in your picture. Sometimes that shadow can suggest 3 dimensionality which makes your subject stand out more.
