My main critiques are the pole in the background on the left side...one step to your left with the camera and you could have framed that out of the shot. And secondly, overall the background seems a touch bright still. Get that shutter speed up a bit more (assuming you're using HSS like in Dylan's tutorial), which will drop the ambient exposure (and sadly your flash exposure a bit as well). Alternatively, just find a spot that has a bit less direct sunlight hitting the background.
I get Chris's comment about the pole, but otherwise it's a good balance between the strobe and the external light. I also like the spill light on your model's neck and jaw.
Great capture! The model's eyes are sharp and the background is nicely blurred. What lense did you use?

I like the bright back ground, it gives an open airy look, and there's nothing back there worth looking at any way. The emphasis is on her.
