Przemek, great job on your first headshot image! You nailed it! The eyes (most important) are both super sharp. The composition places your model on the left line of the rule of thirds. The ONLY thing that 'bothers' me about this image is the stray hairs coming off her head.

Its a nice shot from you.
One idea is to improve your photo I would have increase amount of lights and decrease the shadows. And an other suggestion that you can add some colors vibrance in Ligthroom for example.
