I agree with Jonathan. The 1st image is definitely solid. But the 2nd is superior. I love the lighting pattern in both.
However, the cropped left arm in the 1st image leaves it unbalanced. Also, there are some hotspots in both that could be a little distracting. I would try feathering the light a bit, aim less "at" her face, a little more "at" her torso. I believe the falloff would be much more pleasing and you'd remedy the hotspots.
That said, I am mesmerized by her eyes. The position of the light was perfect for drawing attention to her strongest features. The shadow on her upper eyelid is perfect! If I had to guess, I'd say that you used a reflector to accentuate them. No?
Beautiful photo and model, great colors and like others have said the crop doesn't work on the 1st one. Also you could clean up the top in post, i did a quick 30 sec job just to check if it made sense or not and this is what I got...
