I know this may sound annoying, but may I ask what do you want critic on specifically? Composition? Edit? Lighting?
People tend to focus on the subject but not the photo as a whole.
Overall the shot is well exposed, however it seems like you used a relatively wider lens for a relatively close up portrait, I am guessing 35mm. IMO, since you have used a slightly lower angle, her chin "looks" the same size as her forehead, which is due to distortion of the lens and the rule that "whatever is closer to the camera will look bigger". So if I were shooting it with a 35mm I'd use a slightly higher angle so as to emphasize the eyes. I generally prefer shooting tighter portraits with a longer lens at least 50mm or if I am using a wider lens then go for a more environmental portrait.
