Hey David, for me the desaturated, rose tinted color doesn't work for me. It comes across to me as more of a filter than purposeful color grading. It may also be aging the girl a bit.
If this is a headshot I would take her off the wall, and maybe shoot her with her back to whatever is to the right of camera. What is down that way? Otherwise, tighten the shot. The half wall / half no wall is a little distracting. She's a pretty girl, have her engage the camera!
If it's not a headshot...I still dont like the color, and I'd either pull out or zoom in and go portrait. Either way, I'd like to see more engagement from the model.
