I like the style of this photo, however, when I look at it, my eyes first go to his forehead because that is where the focus seems to be set, if your going for the shallow depth of field look then try and make sure the focus is set on the eyes. besides that I like the soft light on him and the background colors compliment the skin tones nicely
I am having problems with the additional reflexes in the lower lids and in the eye.
The reflexes in the pupil give him a cat eye slit look that does not really appeal me.
That should be an easy fix in PS
Many people like to shoot down on people to clean up the jaw line. But shooting down also makes the person weak or submissive. A stronger image could be made by shooting him straight on . Check this out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qe3oJnFtA_k

Hi Mateusz.
I think you've nicely captured an engaging warmth in his personality in this headshot. As Pamela has pointed out, lowering the camera angle so we meet him eye-to-eye would add even more power to this. I'd also like to suggest that cropping into the hairline a bit would eliminate the pulling of the eyes to the top of the frame due to the symmetrical shape of the skull with the top. Small things we know, but critical to finding the heart of the image.
Well done.
