An afternoon out on the water
It was mid September late in the afternoon, a group of sailboats were out on the water enjoying the weather, there was a soft breeze blowing, pushing on the sails.

Excellent photo. Looks like shallow depth of field and great positioning the subject in relation to the foliage - it makes for a great blurred swirl of color in the background. Suggestion - perhaps use a reflector to add a bit of more light to the eyes.
