I'm new to strobe portraits, so definitely still learning and open to constructive feedback.
I'm torn about this image.
It's blown on the cheek, the shadow across the top of the image and limited skills addressing flyaways are the big cons to my eye.
On the positive side, a tack sharp image and good lighting give it depth.
Does the image make the cut for a professional (medical device sales) headshot in your book?

Lightroom the photo as it is, lower highlights. Prob going to need to add a bit of smoothing. You can photoshop out the shadow using clone brush.
Thanks for the comment, Jeff!
I could screen share with you and help you reduce highlights. Did you shoot this in RAW?
