I have been getting into shooting headshots lately and decided to take one of myself. This was done with one flash in a soft box and a constant light panel.
I'm most interested to know if the technical element of this phot were executed correctly. I would appreciate any advise.
Looks solid to me. Nice work on the edge light. No hot nostrils like I often see. Might be a touch hot for my taste. I keep my edge lights 2 stops under the key for just a touch of depth definition without drawing your attention there.
Like Jared said but otherwise pretty solid. I like how you hit the side of your face but didn't light up your ear. Not sure how much you retouched it but I like to go a little further.
