I've been having fun with an old Konica film camera, and love the look of vintage lenses. While I don't think I would incorporate film into a normal photoshoot, using it for practice has definitely forced me to slow down and do more preparation for each shot
I used to just sit there firing of pictures of the same pose, making slight adjustments to lighting and settings until I liked what I saw, but you can't do that on film. It's definitely made me take more time with setup to get the shot right the first time.
Does anyone else here have a similar experience, or just enjoy shooting film?
Headshot taken with the Konica T2, Hexanon 57mm f/1.4, Fujifilm Superia 400, natural light. Critique is always appreciated!
