Just a quick, experimental selfie/headshot in my little studio that I've been putting together in my spare room. I fancied trying one with very hard light, and although it's not technically great, I liked the look of it.

These are a highly endangered species, and the rescue center has this young male tiger, which they hope will breed with their already existing female Malayan tiger.
A new arrival at the rescue center. She was very friendly and very flirty, rolling about on her back and meowing, then staring at you as if she might be hungry. A magnificently beautiful animal

I like the overall aesthetic. Good lighting and funky pose. Only critique is the eyes are overdone for my taste. Your left eye is in shadow, but actually brighter in whites and iris than your right eye.
Thank you. I noticed that too - although it was actually like that out of camera, although I did lighten and add some clarity to the irises. I'm not sure why or how it happened like that, although perhaps my right eye is actually in the shadow of the lens but the left eye isn't? I might go back and re-edit it make the right eye seem less distracting.
