This was taken at Pow Wow on The Mall in Washington, DC in 2005. The event included traditional music, dress, crafts, cuisine and culture. I shot this candid on Fujichrome Provia 100 slide film and later converted it to digital with Elements and tweaked it for dust spots, contrast and color. Shot with a Nikon F100 and a Nikkor 80-200 f/2.8 lens.
