Also, have her wear a different color shirt. The shirt she is wearing is close to her skin tone, so it blends. If she was wearing a colored shirt, it would create some visual contrast. For her I would say maybe a deep blue or purple top would contrast against her skin.
The expression is very soft and nice which is half the battle at least, I think a tighter crop, and a different colored shirt would take it up a few notched, I'd love to see it just a little brighter on her face...whether thats from a fill light or a reflector or some exposure adjustments, really nice location as well, I do love the toning too
