Hands in the frame for tight portraits are always tricky. In general hands should make sense in the frame, not just coming out of nowhere. In your case the hand makes sense because of the collar. However I feel the frame is too tight for the hand. If it was visible a little below the wrist, maybe.
The bright spot on the left is distracting. My eyes constantly switch between her eyes and this bright spot.
When retouching the image do not retouch just the face. Now the skin on the face looks different from the skinon the hand (also different in color).
Overall it's a nice portrait with a good expression.

Looks great to me, feels like a modeling headshot, if so I'd remove her rings when in frame. The hand doesn't bother me at all if this is in fact a modeling type headshot. I'm surprised its a 56mm looks great in compression.

Welcome! Nice expression and it has a bit of the dani diamond toning which looks nice here, I'm not crazy about the hand but that's just me, overall really nice though, the expression from her is great!
