I consider this to be my best headshot. I would really like to get some feedback to work out any of the more subtle details. Thank you!

It's a really good shot. Great colour and tone. Nice catchlight. Your subject is very connected. Good work.
Thank you, Bruce!
It's great shot. I really like the cropping and the expression of the subject. Also the post-processing and lighting is very well done. There only one thing that bothers me and it's the fact that the front of the hat is blurred because of the shallow DOF. But anyway it's awesome shot and I would be proud if I could make shots like this. Keep up the good work!
By the way I'm little bit curious what lens did you use for this shot?
Thank you! It's the Canon 135mm f/2.
Adam, I love this shot! Your lighting is great and your connection with your subject is wonderful!
Thank you, Cheryl!
Adam...awesome work here man! Expression is awesome and I love the hat! Very nicely balanced with the ambient and I like the complementing colors of his wardrobe. Light power for the kicker is spot on too! My only suggestion would be to come down on him with the camera angle a bit. It's shot just a bit too much from above for my taste but it doesn't detract from it being a great shot! Nice work!
I agree on lowering the camera angle. I find shooting level with the face really opens up the eyes. Less of the iris is covered by the upper eyelid and there is more space between the eyes and eyebrow which opens up the expression.
Thank you, James.
Thanks Dylan!
Nice feel to the image. The colours are great, good posing too.
