1st - I agree about the pose, model was a bit "stiff" in his posing, lack of experience I think as much as anything.
2nd - Glasses are always a nightmare for reflections! The lighting is a personal taste issue, maybe does look too lit in comparison with the others? What do others think?
3rd - I'm posting a slightly revised version of this based on your comments, I have reduced the near eye by 0.5 stop and lightened the right side of the face. I also re-cropped to reduce the neck length. The pose (and dark feel) was intentional to help bring an aura of "arrogance" and strength to the image.
