I took this shot 2 days at the southernmost point of Izu peninsula in Japan. I feel like it's a good shot, but still lacking somewhere and I can't quite put my finger on it... Any feedback? The feedback on several of my previous posts was much appreciated. Thanks again.
The composition is very left heavy due to the framing of the rock in the foreground. Try to crop a bit off the bottom and keep the width the same.
Hi Darragh, thank you for advice! I see what you mean. And to be honest, I like your idea! I tried it, and while it puts the horizon at a peculiar place, I think it helps the overall balance.
