Welcome and thanks for sharing your image. Sunsets are nice to shoot, and reflected sunsets even better. To get really spectacular shots the sky has to really put on a show. In this case the clouds (needed for a good show) actually blocked the sun at the critical time. I think everyone has had this happen. You just never know. Patience is key. This location looks like a good find for another days sunset. The exposure is nice. The composition could use a bit of a wider lens IMHO so you could have the silhouetted shoreline at the bottom third horizon line which would allow more reflection and still get the sky/clouds in. If a wider lens is not an option, then putting the horizon dead center making a mirrored top and bottom can often work nicely.
