Hi Robbie,
I find the image rather busy and it comes across as needing a stronger subject. I am a fan of winter vegetation and B&W, and I can see your trying some selective focus work to get attention to these branches which can work wonders with a strong subject. I hope that is not to harsh as my intent is to be honest in the spirit of helping others improve their photography.

no sir, not harsh at all. I joined this website with the hopes of getting better at photography. I wasn't sure about the focus, so I glad you mentioned it. Thank you for your input Mike.
