I really like the simple clean left half of the image. The right half has distractions. The long exposure works nice on the sky. Putting the middle rail on the horizon line helps keep the clean simple feel to the image.

Thanks guys, I tried my best to minimise the distractions on the right. If you look at this other photo I took today (the pier in the distance is where I took this), it's a bloody difficult place to get clean compositions. I was lucky today because people are usually fishing here.

I really like to composition, but as Michael mention. The right side is a bit of a distraction in my eyes. The long exposure is perfectly done :)
