Hi Christin,
I think the light on the hillside compared to the cloudy sky is the story in this image. The image would be stronger with some accentuating element like including more of the pathway in the valley (or??). The two bottom corners distract from the light theme however as does the roof. I would be curious to convert this to a B&W to see what could be done with the light theme.
