I really like this! The "cloudiness" over the rocks is just wonderful. Two issues that are probably just me. The light sky portion looks a bit blown out. Not sure if it is or not. And the rock on the bottom left corner is distracting to me. Not sure why. But a fantastic shot!
Thank you for the comment, the brightness of the sky was just like in the picture, the sunlight filtering through the clouds giving a red color to the castle and the adjacent rocks, with regard to the left of the picture part, unfortunately I do not have a lens under 24mm so I had to make compromises, cut off part of the rocks where the waves were crashing or part of the sky, I preferred the second in this case.
What do you think of a crop taking out the left hand edge, starting from the triangular rock at the base. This would leave the distraction of the darker rock alongside out and reduce the amount of sky at the top which definitely needs toning down a little. Overall the bones of a great shot that could use just a bit more PP.
