Palouse Falls - Post Processing CC Requested!

Hoping to get some input on this work in progress regarding the exposure before I break out the clone tool and apply the finishing touches.

My daytime landscapes are typically a little high key and I am having a hard time objectively gauging the correct exposure of a night shot like this. I'm finding that this image looks pretty good on my high contrast Macbook monitor, but too dark on my work monitor. Either way, I'm concerned the foreground appears underexposed and isn't bright enough to have much of an impact. I shot the foreground at 7pm just after sunset at ISO 64 and slammed down the exposure -2.4 in LR to blend the foreground with the night sky, so there is a lot of exposure latitude available if needed.

Thanks!

Hi richard, the overall effect is good but also in my monitor the foreground is way too dark. Moreover the yellowish lights on the rocks are few consistent with night mood that you wanted to give your photo: in my opinion the brain expects to see a more flat lighting distribution or, generally speaking, a less contrasty foreground.
