Exciting, playful and well done. Would a wider angle have been better to get more of the bay on the left with in the frame?
I like it, I find it vibrant and good to look at. The rock that stands as a solid point keeping the photo steady while all else is in movement

For me it's a little bland. Also, composition needs work.
