The lighthouse at Cape May as seen from from Cape May Point in New Jersey at sundown. The weather had been grey and overcast all day when I went to the beach hoping for a break in the clouds around sunset. The sun broke through, clouded over, broke though again, etc. I set up my tripod at the waters edge and made several time exposures using a polarizer and a graduated ND filter to smooth out the surface of the water. I had timed the light from the lighthouse at about 12 second intervals. This shot was exposed for 30 seconds at f/16 at a focal length of 24mm and an ISO of 100.
