My region in Italy is also called the region of 100 villages. You can find medieval villages, or renaissance, castles and abbeys which appear more beautiful in the typical pink light of the sunsrises and sunsets. This is a sunrise

This female has arrived at Hamerton. This place rescues animals from all over the world, mainly endangered species, and they breed when they can.

Gorgeous! Which region is it then? I would guess Tuscany...
Reminds me of Val d'Orcia. I wish I actually stayed there for a few days instead of driving through. Maybe next time.
Thank you very much! The region is "Marche", the north part to be precise. Quite close to Tuscany, only two hours driving from Val D'Orcia that I love as well. The territory is pretty similar
