I shot a ton of landscape a long time ago, when I traveled more, had gotten away from it as life tied me down more. But recent inspiration from some outstanding photographers on Instagram moved me to get out and try some. I realize great landscape shots come from scouting locations and being out when others are eating dinner, watching TV, or asleep.
This is a recent effort. The clouds we had a couple days before had largely disappeared but there I was out on the trail at sunset with my gear, this is the result. Let me know what you think. Shot with a Sony A6000 + SEL 18-105 f/4 G at 18mm and f/13, Mefoto tripod as RRS dedicated plate.
