Myself and the family were driving back home to the West Midlands after a lazy day on Barmouth beach. It's approaching golden hour. I'm trundling through the Welsh valleys when I catch this in beautiful image in my wing mirror. I simply had to stop, turn around, find a layby and take the shot.

Thank you Scott. I edited it quite heavily in Lightroom and had to remove some resulting halos in Photoshop but this is one my favourite landscapes I had the good luck to witness

I often think about how many times you see these types of views and then are unable to stop or don't have a camera - the images are then just memories that you can't share with anyone else - such a shame.
Thanks! It was very windy and the rain was coming in but the view was truly breathtaking and I'm so happy I managed to capture this moment in time. I also had my partner and our child in the car but thankfully their very understanding about my hobby and waited for me to set up in the little layby I managed to find.
