I have taken moon photos so many times, every time the wind, air, light & clouds condition are different. This one was taken on Jan 30 from Yosemite National Park just when the moon was rising from behind the Cloud Rest.
My thoughts on this photo:
1) Tripod gotta be rock steady
2) Use a fast shutter speed.
3) Prey for good weather :)
