I could suggest a few things you could try like lighting the shadow on his face a bit but honestly I like it how it is now. I wouldn't change anything about the photo except possibly cropping the right and left sides out a bit but not much.
Seriously though. I looked at this for a few minutes and couldn't really come up with anything to change.
Nice capture, I think going vertical (portrait) would make more pleasant the composition. Regarding light, I will open up shadows in the body of the lizzard and ecrease light in the brighter spot that is in the right side, as tends to call for innecesary attention.

I might have a TINY bit more space on the left and right. But yes, this is exactly what I'd suggest. Did you already have that edit ready to go? lol.
