I love the light rays you got in the sky. The foreground is way too bright in relation to the sky. It would look more natural if you bring that down considerably, but I would leave the water reflections as the brightest part in the foreground (still darker than they currently are). The grass looks like you cloned out a bunch of stuff without creating any variation in the pattern. If it were me, I would crop almost all the grass out since the main focus should be on the ship (and the green doesn't mix with the color palette for the rest of the image). It's got a lot of potential, but currently comes across as an HDR from a decade ago.
I definitely agree that the sky looks awesome as well as the reflections. The grass seems a little too saturated and it's almost like there is too much contract or added clarity to the image. The rocks on the left and right of the boat that lead into the water keep drawing my attention away from the boat.

Hello, thank you for your advices, I am working on this.
I am on this point today
The composition is much, much better unfortunately the football game jumps into idilic sunset.
The grass looks like a cloned plastic carpet.
