I really like your photo, the subject is interesting and the colours are very nice. I would add a little bit more contrast to the rocks in the foreground to achieve better sense of distance.
I would have lowered the tripod a touch so that the top of the rock is clearly about the mountain line in the distance. That may give it a bit more separation. Iād also neutralise the colour cast in post - it looks like your nd filter may have a bluish colour cast. Great scene and subject though š

I love the photo overall. I think zooming in and making the bonsai rock little bir more prominent would work too. Great scene
